Spinverse Summer Party 2019

Dear Spinverse colleagues,

The month of May is already upon us, which means that sooner than you’d expect, our dear and long-awaited friend summer will be here! With the arrival of summer comes of course the Spinverse Summer Party & Strategy Day. This is a great opportunity to get together, build the team spirit and have a great time with your colleagues. This year’s party will be a very special and exciting combination of strategy workshopping and a selection of more relaxing fun activities offsite in an exotic location abroad. So, pack your suitcase, make sure your passport is up-to-date & come aboard!

Summer Party schedule and all the practical information below:

Thursday 8^th August:

• 15:15 bus leaves from the Spinverse office
• 20:00 arrival to destination

Friday 9^th August:

• 09:00-16:30 Strategy day (more info to come from Management team)
• 16:30-19:00 Fun Surprise Activities
• 19:00->... Dinner and after-party

Saturday 10^th August:

• 9:00-13:30 Day off with colleagues: Breakfast, Fun Surprise Activities, lunch
• 18:30 Arrival to Helsinki

Note: Since this is a Strategy day event, it is mainly aimed for permanent employees. Friday workshop will be considered working time, and the rest of the travel and the activities will be done on own time (but totally worth it 😉).

A special transportation option will be arranged for those who wish to leave immediately after Friday’s strategy workshop activities. Remember to communicate if you wish to leave early when registering! Please plan carefully and respond thoughtfully since we need to know the exact number of participants in advance.

Dress code: Smart casual, but be prepared for outdoor and sporting activities with appropriate extra clothing (incl. swimsuit).
